My journey into the world of graphic design began serendipitously at Cox Mill High School’s Academy of Information and Technology. Initially, I leaned toward computer programming, but an unexpected enrollment in a graphic design class changed my trajectory. The first semester, focused on Multimedia and Web Design, revealed my deep passion for graphic design, marking a pivotal moment in my life. This newfound love for design led me to pursue further education at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where I earned both an AOIT Graphic Design Certificate and a Certificate in Advertising and Graphic Design. Later, I continued my studies at Parsons, The New School for Graphic Design in New York City, before transferring to Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) to complete my degree.
With a solid educational foundation and hands-on experience, I have developed a versatile skill set in graphic design. From package design, social media campaigns to book layouts, I find joy in every aspect of the creative process. My passion for design is matched by my dedication to continuous learning, even revisiting my initial interest in coding to enhance my work. As a dynamic and adaptable graphic designer, I thrive on challenges and look forward to bringing my diverse skills and enthusiasm to your company! Please feel free to reach out!
